Salary and compensation

  • A competitive salary that’s reviewed annually in line with Mercer’s Annual Salary Ranges in accordance with Mercer’s International Position Evaluation (IPE) of the role, i.e., Job Grading 
  • A flexible working environment – Hybrid work
  • ​Variable compensation is based on performance on Group/Division and individual level. 
  • Commission is offered to sales employees. ​
