I started as a Credit Controller, then moved into the role of Business Controller for Industrial Technique Business Area, followed by a transition to Power Technique Business Area, and later into my current role as Regional Business Controller for Power Technique Business Area. I’m also an active member of the Internal Audit team, leading audits across our customer centers and product companies globally.
How did you first hear about the Group?
I first heard about Atlas Copco Group through former colleagues who had joined the Group. Their positive experiences and the innovative culture they described sparked my interest and led me to explore opportunities within the organization.

My main driver is helping our organization and team become even more efficient and productive. I’m passionate about introducing tools that streamline operations—whether through automation, digitalization, AI, or smarter processes. As our role evolves from Business Controller to Business Partner, I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute more strategically.
