Our celebration featured a delightful spread of Filipino desserts, including pichi-pichi cassava cake, bibingka, sapin-sapin, tikoy, kutsinta, buko/coconut pie, chocolate crinkles, and biko. These sweet delicacies were enjoyed by all, serving as an introduction to Filipino cuisine.
In addition to the culinary delights, we also had the opportunity to admire and appreciate the Filipiniana dress, a traditional attire of Filipino women, proudly displayed as part of our festivities. This visual representation of cultural heritage further enriched our celebration.
This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to embrace diversity and inclusion within our workplace. By celebrating different cultures monthly, we aim to foster a deeper understanding and respect for each other’s backgrounds.
