We are looking for a new colleague to join us as a Site Administrator.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks, enjoys working with people, is available to work 15–20 hours per week, and is looking for a long-term collaboration with us.
Your role
You will
Handling administrative tasks (managing mail and deliveries, ordering materials and office supplies, administering business trips, and other related tasks)
Welcoming visitors, communicating with and supporting employees
Maintaining the organization of the open-space area, replenishing supplies, and arranging refreshments
To succeed, you will need
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and SharePoint

Job location
