Your role
Your mission is to deliver skilled on-site service that keeps our customers’ equipment performing reliably and safely. You use your expertise to repair, maintain, and support the technology they depend on. Through your work, you help customers secure the uptime and performance they need to run their operations with confidence. You join the Customer Center Service team and report into the Operations Manager.
Your day-to-day
- Report to the National Service Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.
- Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and accurately document activities.
- Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.

- 2–3 years of professional experience in repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical studies) or significant technical experience in industrial machinery.
- Native speaker of Bulgarian, with good command of English.
- Hands-on mindset with an affinity for working with machines, eager to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning new systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
Your location
You will be part of our Customer Center in Bulgaria. This role could be field-based in Varna, Shumen, Targoviste,Razgrad with regular travel to customers across the area.
