Your Mission

As the Digital Marketing & Communication Manager, your mission is to lead the strategic development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth in Power Technique South Europe. You will guide and empower the team to deliver impactful campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional priorities.

Through data-driven decision-making, innovative content strategies, and collaborative leadership, you will foster a high-performing team that champions creativity and accountability.

Your day-to-day

  • Develop and implement annual digital marketing and communication strategies.
  • Implementation of full potential in C4C
  • Act as an interface between the division, the sales and marketing/communication teams, providing feedback on product information, changing customer needs and market trends.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose corrective actions.
  • Manage and optimize content across websites, social media, email, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Establishing strong communication with our customers through organizing customer events, e-mail, product pages, success stories and social media about our new products, their usage and pricing updates
  • Establishing synergies between sales and marketing team to enhance and maximize

         the return of your marketing and full potential activities

  • Maintain and update product databases and digital catalogs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Align strategic marketing goals of the region with BLMs and his team
  • Launch and manage CRM campaigns, analyze results, and share insights with stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, train and effectively manage his team to achieve marketing goal

Your skills and experience

•    Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
•    5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a multinational or industrial setting.
•    Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and CRM systems as C4C.
•    Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
•    Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese) are a plus

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Coslada office Madrid, Spain (ES).
