- Plan and execute project including coordination of scope, cost, schedule with team
- Support the engineering team delivering high quality technical and engineering solutions for large multi-disciplined projects
- Technically meet customer requirements and ensure that solutions are designed and implemented in a methodical manner under the supervision of engineering personnel
- Utilize root cause analysis processes when solving problems.
- Provide innovative solutions to complex and sensitive technical challenges
- Establish relationship with key persons and steak holders
- Liaise between teams to carry through business leads from response to reaction
- Support managers and team with internal resources
- Ensure products or projects are delivered in accordance with Edwards safety and quality procedures and meet all applicable legislation and project requirements.
Education level
- Bachelor / Master / Doctor degree with engineering field
Relevant Previous experience
- Experience within a manufacturing company is preferred.
Knowledge areas/Skills
- Ability to deal with technical issues and make timely, sound decisions with minimal consultation.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of people
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Positive and can-do attitude.
