How does your day as our global e-Commerce officer looks like? 

• You are the point of contact for all eCommerce solutions within Edmac globally.

• As application owner/process owner you identify, coordinate, and translate functional changes from design to launch.  
• You work closely together with your direct colleagues and other Edmac departments/entities.

• You become our global e-Commerce specialists and understand how integration with our ERP and future PIM system works.
• You provide 1st line business application support for our e-Commerce site and installed plugins.
• You address, follow up issues/requests with our implementation partners.

• You work closely together within the local and global team to develop, implement, and follow up activities to boost the usage of our e-Commerce site and online sales.
• You monitor, measure and report on the website performance with a focus on conversion, funnel analytics, marketing ROI and most importantly customer experience.

Beside your role as global e-Commerce officer, you will be initiating new (strategic) ideas that are supported by our company strategy which you will present during our strategy meetings, afterwards by taking ownership YOU can make the difference for our customers and/or Edmac.

This role is part of the Process team, were you and your colleagues will focus at:

• stabilizing our business application and IT landscape
• simplifying and automating our internal processes
• selecting the right tools and improving/introducing functionalities that will make it easier for our customers and/or colleagues
• closely follow up and monitor IT costs
• identify and implement synergies between Edmac Entities
