Financial Analyst

Your day-to-day

• • Prepare annual budget, rolling forecasts, and financial projections to support business planning and management decision-making.

  • Manage monthly financial closing activities in Kingdee and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

               负责金蝶ERP系统月度关账工作，确保财务数据及时、准确和完整。

  • Prepare monthly business performance reports and provide analysis on key financial and operational indicators.

               编制月度经营分析报告，并对关键财务及运营指标进行分析。

  • Conduct sales, product, customer, and profitability analysis to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.

               开展销售、产品及客户盈利能力分析，识别业务机会及改善空间。

  • Drive manufacturing cost analysis, including material, labor, overhead, inventory, and cost variance analysis; support cost reduction initiatives.

               开展制造成本分析，包括材料、人工、制造费用、库存及成本差异分析，并支持降本增效项目。

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs, highlight performance deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement.

               跟踪财务及运营KPI，识别绩效偏差并提出改善建议。

  • Conduct financial analysis for R&D investment projects, new product development projects, and QAR quotation assessments.

               负责研发项目投资分析、新产品开发项目分析及QAR项目报价分析。

  • Provide financial analysis and business support to management for operational and strategic decision-making.

               为管理层运营及战略决策提供财务分析和业务支持。

  • Work closely with operations, production, supply chain, procurement, sales, and engineering teams to support business objectives and improve financial performance.

               与运营、生产、供应链、采购、销售及工程团队紧密合作，支持业务目标达成并提升经营绩效。

  • Support product costing, inventory control, and process improvement initiatives within the manufacturing site.

               支持产品成本核算、库存管理及工厂流程优化项目。

Your skills and experience

• • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

  本科及以上学历，财务、会计、经济学或相关专业。

  • At least 5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.

  5年以上制造业财务分析经验

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes, including production, R&D, supply chain, sales, and after-sales services.

  熟悉制造业运营模式及业务流程，包括生产、研发、供应链、销售及售后等环节。

  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

  精通Excel，熟悉BI工具

  • Experience with Kingdee ERP is preferred.

  有金蝶ERP系统使用经验者优先。

  • Excellent communication and business analysis skills.

  优秀的沟通与商业分析能力

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

  具备较强的独立工作能力和责任心

  • Good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
