Your role
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Edwards products. • Provide on-site technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Diagnose equipment issues and resolve or escalate them within agreed timelines. • Follow all safety, health, quality, and company procedures. • Prepare service reports and provide accurate feedback to management and technical teams. • Use company systems to manage service notifications, work orders, and related documentation. • Participate in on-call support and respond to customer emergencies as required. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance. • Comply with customer site regulations and company policies. • Complete assigned administrative tasks, training, and other duties as directed by management.To succeed, you will need
