Carry out investigations and handle cases of counterfeit products from our company and report to the company management

实施相关的假冒我公司产品的案件的调查和处理工作并汇报给公司管理层。

Job description 岗位责职

• Cracking down on counterfeits 打假案件的处理
  • Conduct preliminary investigations into counterfeit spare parts cases of our company. 开展假冒我公司零备件案件的前期调查。
  • Cooperate with the company's legal department or external lawyers to regulate and handle cases of counterfeit spare parts from our company. 配合公司法务部门或外部律师对假冒我公司零备件案件的调查和法律处理。
• Cross area selling & Trade Compliance 串货以及贸易合规案件的处理
  • According to the Global Trade Service rules of the group company's global trade compliance, investigate and handle cases that violate GTS rules. 根据集团公司全球贸易合规Global Trade Service规则，调查处理违反GTS规则的案件。
  • Investigation and handling of cross selling between multi- brands within the group调查处理集团内各个品牌之间串货
• Further in-depth investigation will be conducted on clues related to the black market and counterfeit market of parts in cases of collusion and employee CoC cases. 对于串货和员工COC案件可能涉及到零件黑市和假货市场的线索进行进一步深入调查。
• Compliance investigations involving black market and counterfeit spare parts arranged by the superior manager. 以及上级经理安排的涉及到黑市和假冒零备件的合规调查。
• Develop and implement compliance procedures, and controls including selection or use of applicable systems. 制定并实施合规程序和控制措施，包括选择或使用适用系统。

 
To succeed, you will need  

Experience requirements 经历要求

• More than 3 years of relevant work experience 3年以上相关工作经历
•  

Educational requirements 学历要求

• Graduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Legal profession, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or commercially oriented or other related fields.
• 大学本科毕业，至少持有法律专业、机械/电气工程或商业导向或其他相关领域的学士学位。

Other Requirements 其他要求

- Willing to travel 有意愿出差

Knowledge 知识

- Good both in written and oral English & Chinese.

   - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, experience in SAP.
