Atlas Copco is pleased to announce that Rental Service Corporation (RSC) has recently completed the acquisitions of Hartland Rental, Inc.; S&L Rental Sales and Service LLC; Sully’s Tool Rental, Inc.; Mississippi Valley Contractors Equipment, Inc.; Limestone Rental & Sales, Inc.; and Sarge’s A-1 Rental, Inc. These six acquired companies operated a combined nine locations in Kansas (2), Ohio (3), Oklahoma (1) and Wisconsin (3), and had total combined trailing twelve months revenues of approximately SEK 40 m.
Douglas A. Waugaman, President and Chief Operating Officer of RSC, stated: “I am extremely pleased to announce the completion of these recent acquisitions. This confirms our strategic plan to continue to expand our footprint across North America.”
