Job Description

Utilize our CRM platform and marketing tools to drive business development, support strategic planning with accurate market insights, and collaborate on projects to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Ensure we understand and meet our customers' needs with the right equipment and services

Job Description: 

  •  Achieve sales targets for the assigned product range and territory.
  • Pursue leads, promote products, and close orders with professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Provide timely feedback and reports on sales activities, market updates, and competitor insights to the Business Line Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Support the promotion of Industrial Air and Gas equipment whenever applicable.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects and assignments as directed by the Business Line Manager.

Marketing Management:

  • Drive market share growth within the assigned territory.
  • Implement effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and technical expertise.

Training & Symposiums:

  • Enhance brand awareness through customer education and presentations.
  • Conduct product training sessions to position Atlas Copco as the preferred choice.

Marketing & Field Activities:

  • Promote and sell air compressors and auxiliary equipment in the assigned area.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and monitor account activities.
  • Identify new prospects through various channels (clients, associations, consultants, financial institutions, field visits).
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain strong customer networks and prepare weekly visit plans.
  • Draft quotations, letters, and other required communication.
  • Ensure proper use and care of company assets.
  • Report lost orders and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate equipment selection support.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to gather technical requirements.
  • Review customer specifications and consult with subcontractors when needed.
  • Prepare layout drawings for equipment site positioning when required.
  • Monitor installation progress through site visits (when applicable).
  • Turn over documents to the Service Department for future maintenance planning.
  • Gather and analyze competitor data.
  • Organize customer seminars on compressed air solutions.
  • Provide technical, commercial, and operational support to dealers and distributors.
  • Develop new dealers/distributors within the territory.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to support payment collection when necessary.

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong presentation, business writing, negotiation, and social skills
  • Equipped with technical and value‑based selling expertise, particularly for capital equipment products

Personality Requirements

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly driven, goal‑oriented, and motivated to achieve sales success

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline
