Your mission

Provide a professional and prompt service support to Atlas Copco customers, on all types of compressors and other equipments within the assigned territory (Kazakhstan). Demonstrate high quality of customer service and relations with Atlas Cocpco Compressor Technique End Users. Take active participation in maximizing the sustainable growth of our Company business across the Kazakhstan territory by providing professional and efficient service.

The role

•  Commissioning of a new equipment (compressor and auxiliary equipment) at the customer’s site,
•  Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance of compressor, vacuum and auxiliary equipment,
•  Warranty and post warranty repair of compressor, vacuum and auxiliary equipment at the customer’s site,
• Overhaul of compressor and auxiliary equipment　
• Instructing the technical staff of the customer / buyer on the operation of compressor equipment and demonstration of the equipment.
• Conduct an audit of pneumatic networks and compressed air installations, after passing the appropriate training. Ensure effective diagnose mechanical and electrical  faults on customer's equipment.
• Customer consultation on the operation of compressor equipment.　
• Complete service job reports correctly and timely; responsible for the accuracy of information reported.
• Be aware of and apply Health,Safety &Environmental regulations in the workshop, workplace and on sites. Carry out risk assessment and take all precautions to avoid any incident or accident.
• Maintain test and service instruments/tools; to ensure they in good condition.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Support in sales of spare parts and new/renewal of contracts.
• Attend to trainings and regulas service meetings to develop relevant knowledge and skills and keep them updated.

      Customer Visits

• Plan & schedule visits to existing customer if required. Support sales team to expand the current business through technical consultation.
• Understand the need of customer and generate opportunities for aftermarket products like Spare parts, Service plan, optimization products.

      Skills and experience

• Technical education (engineer/ mechanic)
• Result-oriented and Customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong Customer and People Care focus
• Communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skiils.
• Experience in service/repair of equipment electrically and mechanically.
• Experience in automobile industries is a plus
• Professional user of MS office
• Driving license - B category
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English
• Excellent verbal and written Russian as well as Kazakh required, English would be an advantage
• Lives within the relevant geographical area (Kazakhstan, Almaty)
• Ready to travel nationally on a regular basis.
