Your role

Manage the product portfolio by analyzing market trends and customer demands to promote innovations that ensure competitiveness through the continuous ideation and introduction of superior products, which include:

  • Develop market feasibility studies, bridging the gap between the Customer's needs, divisional strategy and the feasibility of factory implementation;
  • Describe the "Master Specification" of the projects and ensure that everyone involved agrees with the proposed new products and signs the "Master Specification";
  • Act as a facilitator of the new product development process and ensure the optimal work of the project team, including Customer Center members, so that all aspects of the "Master Specification", project schedule, product and project costs are fulfilled.
  • Organize the introduction of the product to the market, including product positioning, pricing and production of technical and commercial literature, using all means of communication.
  • Identify trends that enable the evaluation of product performance in the market. Collect and analyze customer feedback (NPS) to provide timely insights to the project and product teams.
  • Prepare project return calculations and follow up to achieve the result;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, with responsibilities in product management, portfolio management, new product development, application engineering, product marketing, or business development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating teams without direct reporting lines, ensuring alignment among customers, sales, and technical teams.
  • Experience in customer engagement, field visits, and capturing the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to identify and develop business opportunities will be a plus.
  • Strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset, with the ability to assess market trends, competitive positioning, financial feasibility, and return on investment (ROI) to support business decision-making.
  • Fluent English proficiency to interact with global teams.

Job location

Alphaville – Barueri/SP, with a planned relocation to Sorocaba, São Paulo, in 2027.

Hybrid Work Model

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to organize your week between remote work and on-site work at the Product Company.
