Your role
Provide sales support to sales and customer
- Be responsible for aftermarket order process, enquiries and system maintenance.
- To work closely with sales & customer to ensure order fulfillment included order status monitoring, create order, close order & order invoice.
- Stock management in system.
Co-ordination with FSE, credit team and logistic team
- Interacting with different parties and responsible for the job execution smoothly.
- Works on report and quick action to solve open topics.
- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
Office administration
- Assist Operation Manager to maintain the SHEQ policy
-Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
-Filing and documentation.

- University graduate preferred, majored in any discipline.
- More than 2 years’ sales admin support experience in sizeable organization and/or sales offiice.
- Strong problem solving skills and work independently.
- Possess excellent communication and customer orientated attitude.
- Strong computer skills and multitask capability.
- Proficiency in English
