
Your role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the planning team (typically 10–15 employees).
- Take responsibility for long-term planning activities.
- Coordinate capacities, materials, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and planning outputs.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead initiatives related to onboarding, reporting enhancements and global development activities
To succeed, you will need
- Ability to make decisions based on data and analytical insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills across departments (technicians, logistics, sales).
- Leadership capabilities, including team motivation, providing feedback, and developing employees.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage rapidly changing situations.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on finding solutions rather than problems.
- Experience leading a small team.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely 2 days a week and being on-site at our office at Brno, Czech Republic.
