Your role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, your mission is to run a safe, organised, and reliable operation.
This is a role that is hands-on, people-focused and for a leader who sets clear standards, supports their team and keeps things moving calmly even when priorities changes. You will report to the Logistics Manager.
You will be responsible for:
Leading day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring parts and equipment are available accurately and on time
Creating a safe, structured, and well‑organised warehouse environment where standards are clear and followed
Supporting and developing your team through coaching, clear expectations, and fair leadership
Working closely with service planners, workshop teams, and operations to align priorities and enable service delivery
Using systems and data to drive accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement

Experience leading or supervising a warehouse, stores, or logistics team
A safety‑first mindset you lead by example and care about people going home safe
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities calmly
A collaborative approach you communicate clearly and build trust across teams
Confidence using ERP/WMS systems and processes (SAP experience is an advantage)

Job location
