Mission
To analyse assigned territory to improve the Industrial Air Business Senior Sales Engineer and support Regional Manager to achieve regional target.
Roles & Responsibilities.
We are looking for a dynamic person as Senior Sales Engineer for CPCTCC who would be executing the
following responsibilities:
- Select potential customers from market, database, tenders, and surveys. Competition base in the assigned business territory
- Visit customers & communicate about product, services
- Assess requirements and specifications
IN ORDER TO ensure increased sales
- Study and understand the customer requirement
- Formulate and present technical aspects to concerned customers
- Highlight product specifications, benefits and service standards
- Submit offer
IN ORDER TO strengthen the position of probability of getting the order
- Communicate with consultants regarding product development, features & benefits, new product introduction etc.
- Plan & demonstrate products
IN ORDER TO ensure inclusion of specification in tender enquiries
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team, Regional Manager and discuss commercial terms
- Negotiate price with customers
IN ORDER TO finalize the deal
- Co-ordinate with marketing and production for timely delivery as per negotiated terms to the customer
IN ORDER TO ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction
- Collect payments as per negotiated terms
- Follow up on outstanding and statutory documents Eg. C forms
- Ensure compliance with bank guarantee, LC procedure
IN ORDER TO ensure full payment collection and legal compliance
- Review and monitor customer needs
- Visit machine installations
- Coordinate the service to be provided
IN ORDER TO improve NPS
- Compile & forward customer feedback to marketing
- Monitor competitor activities, strategies and forward observations to marketing
IN ORDER TO enable effective strategy formulation
- Formulate & submit projections based on market conditions and feedback
IN ORDER TO facilitate the Business Planning Process
- Identification of dealers
- Periodic evaluation and development of dealers
- Dealer training
IN ORDER TO strengthen the channel network
- Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core values
- Comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct
- Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time
- Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time

To succeed, you will need
- Should have relevant experience (2 ~ 6 years), must have good product / Application knowledge on Compressors / capital goods (utility base products)
- Technical Product Expertise, Territory Management, Selling & Negotiation Skills, Key Account / Channel Management, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Integrity, Accountability & Customer Focus, Concern for safety, Initiative, Personal Effectiveness.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation). Degree in management will be an advantage.
