We’re looking for a CTS Service Sales Engineer to promote our aftermarket service solutions to new and existing customers. This is a fully remote, field-based role where you’ll manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategically plan and prioritize service sales operations to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with our service aftermarket team to ensure an outstanding after-sales experience, fostering customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to provide insightful feedback regarding pricing strategies, competitive landscape, and regional trends.
  • Develop and present comprehensive service product proposals, applying the company’s pricing strategies and utilizing quoting tools effectively.
  • Monitor and document service sales activities, ensuring the CRM system reflects accurate data regarding customer interactions and quotations.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align activities that enhance customer relationships and drive business success.

  • Sales experience (essential)
  • Technical background or industry experience is welcome, but not essential, we’ll support your learning
  • Knowledge of compressed air or industrial services is a plus
  • Full Irish Driving Licence 
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using IT systems and keen to learn
