We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Coordinator or Service Planning Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Blacktown. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our operations Manager and lead our national service planning department driving efficiency, innovation, and team development.

To succeed, you will need
Service Coordination Expertise: A solid grasp of planning and customer service operations.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing planning or scheduling teams is highly valued.
Clear Communication: Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable learning new systems and processes; SAP experience is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Confident using Word, Excel, and other planning tools.
