Your role

  • Receive, inspect, and control LEWA equipment submitted for evaluation and/or repair. Ensure proper identification, organization, and cleanliness of equipment undergoing maintenance.
  • Perform disassembly and technical analysis of equipment requiring repair. Prepare technical reports detailing wear, damage, failures, and the list of required spare parts in accordance with the equipment maintenance manual.
  • Request spare parts required for equipment maintenance from the warehouse.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair activities, perform testing using the test bench, and generate test reports documenting the repairs performed. Ensure repaired equipment is properly packed using the available packaging materials.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits for commissioning, start-up, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and field assessments. Prepare detailed service visit reports.
  • Provide remote technical support to customers whenever possible, addressing equipment-related inquiries and documenting all customer interactions.
  • Control and maintain all tools used in workshop activities and business travel, ensuring they remain organized, clean, and properly inventoried.
  • Monitor workshop consumables and submit purchase requests when replenishment is required.
  • Perform occasional assembly and testing of new equipment at the manufacturing facility.

  • A Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technician, Industrial Automation is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in intermediate English to engage with technical documentation and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to technical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Good organizational skills to manage tools, consumables, and documentation efficiently.

This position is primarily based on-site at our office located in Sorocaba, Brazil.
