Your role
As a CC Japan BLM (Scientific Vacuum), you will play a critical role within Edwards Japan Ltd, contributing to the advancement and success of our Vacuum Technique business area. Reporting directly to the Hiring Manager of the Edwards Japan - CC department, you will be integral to delivering high-quality solutions that support scientific vacuum technologies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining deep expertise in vacuum science and technology to support our customers' needs and enhance product offerings.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product management, and sales, to tailor solutions and address complex scientific challenges.
- Providing technical guidance and support to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring efficient implementation and troubleshooting of vacuum systems.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and customer satisfaction within the Semi Chamber Solutions Division.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering innovation and enhancing the reliability of scientific vacuum solutions, supporting our company’s mission to deliver excellence in vacuum technology.

Ideal candidates will have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in scientific vacuum technologies, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated expertise in vacuum science, system design, or application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with customer-facing roles and technical communication is preferred.
- Familiarity with semiconductor or scientific equipment industries is an advantage.
