Mission:
As part of the CSO Service Excellence Team, you will design and deliver automation and AI-driven solutions to improve global service operations.
Working closely with the existing automation analyst in Pune and global (divisional and customer center) stakeholders, you will translate prioritized automation initiatives into working solutions.
You will play a key role in accelerating the shift from traditional RPA toward AI-enabled, scalable automation solutions, with a strong focus on fast delivery, real-world usability, and measurable impact within the CSO service operations landscape.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Delivery
- Develop automation solutions using:
- Power Automate / Power Platform
- RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath…)
- AI tools (Copilot Studio, AI agents, LLM-based solutions)
- Focus on building solutions that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365 (Field Service & Customer Service)
- Translate clearly defined and prioritized use cases into effective, working solutions
Fast & Agile Execution
- Deliver solutions with short turnaround times, focusing on rapid value creation
- Apply a “build – test – learn – scale” approach
- Quickly develop first versions (MVPs) to validate business impact before further scaling
- Handle multiple small initiatives in parallel while maintaining delivery speed
Collaboration & Roles
- Work in close collaboration with the automation analyst in Pune, who will:
- Identify opportunities
- Define and document requirements
- Prioritize the automation roadmap
- Act as the execution and build expert, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
Value Creation & Improvement
- Ensure solutions lead to measurable efficiency gains and reduction of manual effort
- Continuously improve and enhance existing automations based on usage and feedback
- Contribute to scaling successful solutions across multiple Customer Centers
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field with good understanding of service processes and affinity to work on AI Technologies.
Experience requirements:
- Understanding of aftermarket/service operations processes.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 (Field Service/Customer services)
- Experience with Co-pilot Studio or AI-based solutions.
- Experience in global -process driven environment
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and/or RPA tools
Knowledge & Skills requirements
- Strong interest in Automation & AI-Technologies
- Ability to translate requirements into working solutions.
- Ability to work across different tools and adapt quickly.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
