General Statement of BDM :
Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and leading and cooperating with a team of Sales Engineers.
You will contribute to expanding our brand presence in key industrial segments such as Semiconductor, Appliance, Assembly and other general industry sectors.
[PURPOSE OF THIS JOB]
- Expand Business in Assigned Territory : Drive growth by identifying and executing business opportunities within the assigned sales region.
- Lead and Develop Sales Team : Lead, coach, and support Sales Engineers to enhance team performance and ensure strategic alignment.
- Accelerate Strategic Market Penetration : Increase brand visibility and market share in target industries such as Semiconductor, Appliance, and Assembly.
- Collaborate Across the Organization : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and deliver customer-centric solutions.
[DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY]
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Cooperate with Sales team and marketing to increase business
- Manage project pipeline and develop strategic accounts in targeted segments
- Coordinate and execute customer proposals, quotations, and pricing in collaboration with BLM.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, opportunities, and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Continuously improve internal sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams including Marketing, Service, and external organizations such as the headquarters, ICA and ICK.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the industrial sector
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred)
- Experience in managing regional sales teams and customer accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage sales performance

- Develop marketing and sales plans for GIN products/brands in alignment with global strategies.
- Support the GIN Sales team by ensuring strong product knowledge and technical enablement to meet customer needs.
[DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY]
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, policies, and procedures to support GIN Korea’s short- and long-term sales objectives.
- Leads the product launching with HQ and Go To Market activation in working with various stakeholders to achieve sales growth for responsible products.
- Market research and monitors trends and business opportunities within GIN market.
- Analyze the market requirement & demands survey and prepare the product planning in GIN Market
- Communication with HQ to bring relevant new product to Korea market
