Your role
Responsibilities
- Secure high quality in finance operations and fiscal declarations
- To ensure that all accounting documents and transactions are complying with local law and tax regulations
- Responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and fiscal services to meet legislative requirements and support local operations
- Responsible for monthly and periodic statutory reporting
- Responsible for the preparation of all official reports and tax returns
- To perform monthly payroll operations in relation with outsourcing company
- To perform various bookkeeping and ad-hoc responsibilities as defined by Business Controller
- Involvement in all audit processes: internal and external, preparing reports, statements and reconciliations requested
- To provide correct and timely figures and reports and raising red flags when needed
- To keep up to date with changes in the accounting and tax regulation, inform the colleagues in all departments involved
- To follow internal procedures or other internal rules applicable to this position
- To implement accounting procedures in the department
- To support other departments with financial and fiscal information
- Actively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projects
- To use company assets in an efficient and cost-conscious way
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Responsible for all credit & collection activities
- To improve the KPI in credit & collection
- Continuously work for improving efficiency in the accounting department
To succeed, you will need
Technical skill
- Very good knowledge of Excel is a must
- Good knowledge of English both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of local and fiscal regulations.
- Able to show efficiency and cope with stressful situations.
- Able to pay attention to details and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive ensuring that warning signals are highlighted and action plans are implemented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for solving fiscal and accounting cases and analysing Business needs.
Experience requiremen
- You should have minimum 5-8 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Financial, Fiscal and Management Accounting
- Good understanding of ERP systems and how they work.
- Expertise in of Excel and working knowledge of PowerBI
- Educational requirements Degree in economics
