At Atlas Copco, we believe in turning great ideas into breakthrough solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated, people-focused Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Air division. If you enjoy building lasting relationships, solving challenges, and making a real impact, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer experiences and passionate about sustainable growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in Ireland.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with customers and new market segments.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Ensure seamless customer experiences, from solution recommendation to installation and handover.
  • Represent Industrial Air products across the Leinster region, visiting clients and showcasing value.
  • Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, and negotiations to help exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct site surveys and provide tailored technical advice on energy usage, system performance, and more.
  • Stay informed on product innovations and guide customers and colleagues alike.
  • Capture valuable insights from customer visits and share learnings to support business growth.
  • Work closely with your manager and teammates to promote the brand nationally.

  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role (experience in compressed air systems is a bonus, not a requirement).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive approach to learning and taking ownership of your work.
  • Willingness to travel across the Leinster region and meet with clients on-site.
