Your role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the people strategy for Atlas Copco Equipment Egypt, ensuring full alignment with the Group’s global values and “The Way We Do Things.”
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and comply with Egyptian labor law.
Lead organizational development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage recruitment, talent development, and succession planning using Atlas Copco’s global frameworks.
Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, and payroll to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
Foster a strong company culture based on trust, inclusion, and safety (SHEQ).
Ensure efficient HR operations, data integrity, and digital system integration SAP Success Factor.
To succeed, you will need
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
A strong commitment to ethical behavior, compliance with internal policies, and respect for local laws and international standards is a core requirement.
