Your Role

• Prepare and conduct Customer trials with our joining technology products (riveting, adhesive dispensing)
• Arrange trial details with our customers and write test report for our customers in Japanese
• Validate new joining equipment and new functionalities for existing joining equipment
• Support Project Management and Service with analyzing problems (verification trials)
• Interfacing with colleagues from Sales, Project Management and Service

 
To succeed, you will need  

• Curiosity and an open mind
• Customer orientation, be able and willing to provide good service and establish good and open relationships with your internal and external customers
• Technical knowledge and understanding of the IAS systems - extensive training will be provided
• Technical understanding of customer manufacturing process (mainly automotive body manufacturing
• Ability and experience to progamm and operate robots (Yaskawa, Kawasaki, Fanuc etc.)
• Ability to communicate in English (basic conversation level, manual reading, E-mail)
