Lead Data Engineer
As a Lead Data Engineer, your mission is to build scalable data pipelines, optimizing data flows, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You’ll collaborate across departments to shape purposeful data products and ensure insights are accessible and actionable.
You will report to CTS Engineer Manager.
You will
- Design and build secure, reusable data assets and pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Own end-to-end data products: define purpose, roadmap, and delivery.
- Advise on data model design and architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SMARTLINK IoT-based reports.
- Share relevant information with customers while protecting proprietary and confidential internal knowledge.
Job location: Wuxi, Jiangsu
Skills & Experience: You need to have 3–6 years in data engineering, strong in SQL, Python, and data modelling. And you need to have experience with BI principles, dimensional modelling, and visualization. Familiarity with cloud data platforms and documentation practices. Interest to GenAI, ML, LangChain, and industrial data contexts. Knowledge of Azure tools (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.

Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Fluent in English (oral and written).
