Your role
Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is on an exciting journey to implement a next-generation application landscape. Through our SPARK program, we are deploying a future-proof solution to manage our business. Salesforce is central to this transformation, covering all customer-facing processes.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with a focus on Salesforce CPQ. Your mission is to build and implement CPQ solutions around the lead-to-cash process, including quoting, pricing, and contract management. You’ll also contribute to core CRM features and platform aspects. You will report to the Salesforce Competence Center Manager and be part of our global Salesforce development team.
You will:
- Perform technical analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing and release of enhancements on the Salesforce Platform – with strong focus on CPQ.
- Challenge the status quo and apply best practices for a stable, secure and cost-effective solution.
- Collaborate with analysts, product owners, developers, architects and testers, and present to internal stakeholders.
To succeed, you will need
Required Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ & Sales Cloud (certification is a plus).
- Solid Salesforce Platform skills (Sharing, Security, Reporting, Data Modelling, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn.

- Hybrid working model (onsite & remote).
- Possible onsite locations: São Paulo (Brazil), Zaragoza (Spain), Abu Dhabi (Middle East), or Antwerp (Belgium HQ).
- Occasional travel may be required.
