My name is Ankita Shanawad. I come from a city named Belgaum in India. And I am pursuing my master’s in Production Engineering and Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I like organizing events. Hence, I have been also elected as the vice president of the Flavours Organization at KTH. During my leisure time, I like to play badminton, read books, and watch movies. Sometimes I also pen down poems.
To gain industrial experience and connect with people from the industry. Another reason is to kickstart my career and gain professional help in terms of my career building. I got to know about this program during an event organized by KTH.
Tell us briefly about your experiences of the program
The Program helped me interact with people from the industry. My mentor Anna helped me throughout the program to correctly choose my career path and also rebuild my resumé. I also got to know what the industry looks/ expects from a graduate/ student.
Getting to sit and talk with the HR. This gave me an idea of what an industry looks for in a student during the hiring process. After this meeting, I rebuild my resumé and cover letter which helped me to get a summer internship in Sweden.
A sneak peek of which field would help me build my career. The dos and don’ts for future job/ internship applications. Also, a lot of contacts were built within the Atlas Copco organization
Yes, definitely.
Yes, I would love to be a part of this organization.
I would like to work in a company that aligns with the area of my interest and contributes to the execution of projects with the help of the competencies gained during my master’s program.
