PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
- The Marketing and Communication Leader in South Korea Specialty Rental Division will lead, develop and execute our localized marketing and communication strategies. The role is pivotal in driving customer-focused digital transformation, optimizing brand positioning, and supporting the full customer journey. The leader will collaborate with the sales team, fostering an environment aligned with Atlas Copco’s core values – Interaction, Commitment and Innovation.
DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITY
1. Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Lead digital and content marketing initiatives that enhance Atlas Copco Specialty Rental’s position as the preferred customer choice
2. Market Analysis and Insight Sharing
- Regularly conduct market analysis to identify industrial trends, market needs, and potential opportunities for our temporary rental solutions & new business models
- Provide the sales team with weekly updates on market trends and project opportunities
3. Campaign Management
- Design, execute and evaluate digital campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Lead initiatives that generate quality leads for the sales team, managing lead qualification and nurturing processes
4. Brand Management and Digital PR
- Oversee brand positioning across digital platforms, ensuring consistency and high engagement
- Plan and manage webinars, events, and other PR activities to expand brand reach
5. Team Development and Collaboration
- Mentor and develop a marketing team capable of achieving business objectives
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive synergies across regions and divisions
- Continuous technical competence development of the team by providing and/or coordinating with other division’s the relevant training material and platforms related to our products and application knowledge as well as value proposal skills development
6. Content Creation and Management
- Regularly create and localize content for websites, social media, newsletters, and internal publications
- Ensure content is aligned with local market needs while adhering to group and divisional brand standards
7. Data analysis and Reporting
- Use analytics tools and services (Salesforce, QlikView, Rental Dashboards, IIR, etc) to track performance, analyze results, and optimize future campaigns
- Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement
8. Compliance and Best Practice Implementation
- Ensure all activities are compliant with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches from other rental centers
QUALIFICATION
[Experience/Education]
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing leadership role in B2B industries for industrial equipment and/or solution

- Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong command of digital marketing and lead generation
- Exceptional communication, analytical skills, and ability to adapt quickly to changing market demands
- A proactive approach to utilizing AI for efficiency gains in various activities
