Your Role
As Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager - HR , the person will be responsible for supporting Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center Human Resource Manager on activities ranging from retaining, engaging & developing employees as per people management guidelines by following, expanding & developing HR processes in line with group standards described in "The Way We Do Things" for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Customer Center Business Area.
The person will be responsible for supporting Human Resource Manager in
-Supporting in strategizing and executing the mission strategies of the HR Manager for all HR initiatives
-Ensuring that all actions/initiatives run in alignment to the BU and invariably the company vision and mission
-Ensuring that hiring is optimised by promoting Internal Job Market and using psychometric tests to enhance the analysis of the candidates. Targeting timely and complete closures of recruitment requests
-Identifying the training needs using competence maps, designing the training modules, planning and executing the calendar accordingly across the various locations. Optimising the usage of Learning Link and other platforms like Linked In learning to promote Academy and BU trainings on the system for better management
-Promoting extensive usage of HR Link right from Career Link, Employee records updating, VC goal setting & tracking, Performance Appraisals etc
-Educate and promote the new Talent Framework/Culture and ensure that its embodied in all HR interventions such as recruitment, Training, Appraisals and IJM
-Establish clear communication platforms for all HR initiatives and on Actions on Employee satisfaction. Ensure that employees and managers are aware of Employee satisfaction survey, result reading and understand how to work on Action planning.
-Ensure continuous tracking and follow up of actions plan on Employee Engagement, CSR and Digitalisation Drives.
To succeed, you will need
EExperience requirements-
-As a successful candidate, should have 5 to 7 years of experience in HR management and should have a proven ability to meet or exceed expectations.
-Functional knowledge and expertise within all aspects of HR function with special focus on competence development and Employee engagement & retention.
Educational requirements/Knowledge-
- You should have a University degree & Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources
Knowledge of HR tools /Analystics.
Personality requirements-
- Well-organized, approachable, proactive team player with the right attitude.
- The ideal person for this position is a self-starter, who can immediately take the lead in the job.
- Self-motivated HR professional with excellent facilitation, communication and inter-personal skills.
