Mission/Purpose of the Job

Development of Non Fuel Abatement System and Fuel Avatement System based On Market and Customer's Needs and Requirment

To develop and improve the product that can preoccupy the market to develop and improve the products and understand what exactly the customer’s needs are.

Main Responsibilities

1. Identify new technology trends, review and test applicability
2. To develop and improve the product that can preoccupy the market to develop and improve the products and understand what exactly the customer’s needs are.
3. Participate some Technology, NPI, A & D, and CIP projects.
4. Establish and implement a schedule so that projects and other tasks can be completed
5. Understand the expected problems by improving understanding of semiconductor process
6. Participate in the process of consulting with other departments and team leaders so that the work can proceed smoothly.
7. Provide a technical solution for product improvement of Abatement, ACM & IS product.
8. Provide a technical solution to the requirements delivered by the client.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Education level 

1. 4-year college or higher degree in atmospheric/environmental/ chemical/electronic/mechanical
2. Master degrees or higher in relevant Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
3. Preferred to holders of atmospheric environment, water quality and fume related certificates.

• Relevant Previous experience

1. More than 5 years of experience in development of Semiconductor equipment-related industry, display
2. equipment-related industry, environmental engineering-related industry

3. Experience in equipment development and element technology development

4. Test equipment production and experiment experience

5. At least 5years experiences in the relevant development (Experience in abatement area)

6. At least 2years experiences in the relevant R&D Project

• Knowledge areas/Skills

1. Office tool : Power point, Word, Excel
2. Knowledge of combustion, hydrodynamics, corrosion, chemistry, adsorption, catalysis, chemical process reactor, adsorbent, pollutant decomposition catalyst, Plasma reaction,  generation mechanism and basic knowledge of semiconductor process
3. Systematic thinking about the problems and identify root cause analysis, solution derived
4. Project management Skill(report writing and presentation, development direction)
5. Be trained of the theory of chemical reactions and flow analysis (CFD)
6. Need to understand the semiconductor market and customers' needs
7. Knowledge of SCRUBBER operating principles and analysis skill of device
8. Reporting and presentation skills

  Preferred to person who can communicate in English.
