[Purpose of this job]
- Sales management and business development of SFA vision solutions for customers in the Motor Vehicle Industry and Tier 1 sector.
- Drive growth of the SFA business in Korea while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
[Duties & Responsibility]
- Develop and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Monitor market trends and competition, and define market potential.
- Research new markets, generate sales leads, and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide revenue forecasts and insights on market and customer trends.
- Manage the entire sales process, from strategy development to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Proactively explore the territory to identify new target customers and sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities such as demos, seminars, WTL, line audits, and solution presentations to uncover customer needs and drive sales.
- Analyze customer applications to develop solutions that meet their needs.
[Qualifications]
Experience/Education
- University degree, preferably in business and/or engineering.
Knowledge/Skills
- Ability to understand technically complex products and effectively communicate the value of vision solutions to customers.
- Proven success in sales and leadership within industrial companies.
- Experience in selling capital equipment, particularly in image processing, machine vision systems, factory automation, and/or measurement and sensor technology.
- Solution-oriented, customer-focused, with strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented self-starter with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Strong technical competence and problem-solving abilities.
