Your Role
- Perform On Site Overhaul of Atlas Copco Tools as per Schedule and update the System accordingly.
- Perform On Site Calibration of Atlas Copco as well as other Makers Tools as per Schedule and make sure none of the tools used in production have their Calibration Date expired.
- Perform Onsite Line Support in Case of any Issues related to Atlas Copco.
- Replacing the tool from Production Line with a Spare Tool to perform Preventive Maintenance
- Analyze the production Data from the customer and advise them on how to implement a more optimized production leading to customer Satisfaction.
- Promote Atlas Copco Data Driven Services within the customer Plant by showing the merits of Optimization.
- Report Daily activities and results to the Tool Management Center Team Lead.
- Proper Logging of Daily Activities in the System to get a clear and accurate KPI Data.
To succeed, you will need
• A bachelor’s degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Business Level Japanese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, tolerant and assertive
• Ability to build strong and effective work relationships with customers and colleagues.
