Roles and Responsibilities
People management
- Build diverse & motivated team
- Recruitment (interview & skill assessment) & onboarding
- Balance workload & overtime in collaboration with planning
- One to one with service engineer's monthly (on-site visit at customer): engagement
- Manage time registration & expense approval administration of service engineer
- Competence development service engineer:
- Follow up & improve quality of executed work
- improve soft & technical skills – balancing on-the-job training and centralised support from technical support and Learning & Development responsible
- Follow up on absenteeism & turnover
- Performance evaluation (9 box) & career coaching
- Disciplinary actions to improve performance/attitude in collaboration with HR – handling of dismissal cases
Operational excellence
- Input for and execution of capacity plan
- Manage regional WIP
- Follow-up regional KPI’s through VisionAir dashboards: Time-on-site, Utilisation ratio, twin work
- Handle (not technical) escalations regarding planning from planners/service engineer
- Coordination/decision on fleet/tools/PPM purchases/returns based on prokura limits
- Follow up available capacity (holiday planning, absenteeism, impact customer planning...)
Customer satisfaction
- Execution of Service Level Agreements with customers

- Follow up on key customers & contracted commitments
- Follow up on NPS feedback & complaint handling
Health & Safety
- Review risk observations & near misses (TIA)
- Perform safety visits at customer
- Follow up PPM's state, van & tool inspections (safety & cleanliness)
- Organise third party inspections of certified van tools
Meetings
- Monthly WIP/backlog (Ops Manager/Ops BLM, sales, planner(s), opening/closing admin)
- 9 Toolbox meeting/year:
- 7 standard service engineer only
- 2 (regional) teambuilding toolbox meeting (service engineers, Planners, admins, sales) – in person
- Sales meetings
- CTS management meetings (monthly): align strategy & methods and share best practises
Experience & Education
- A bachelor’s degree is desirable, in either management, business, administration, marketing, engineering or other technical specialization. Closely related experience will also be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Substantial related industry experience.
- Knowledge of service products and services, safety practices and OSHA procedures, as well as experience in managing a remote workforce are required.
- Native speaker of Chinese language and Good qualification in all English skills.
- Be willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of products, systems and the company’s market and operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at different levels inside and outside of the organization.
- Local and occasional international travel may be required.
