As Scrum Master your mission will be to bring in strong agile fundamentals into practice and participate in Agile way of Working in GECIA.

 
To succeed, you will need  

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Business Stakeholders, Development & Testing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for Embedded projects, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Break down high-level requirements into user stories, epics, and tasks, ensuring they are well defined, actionable, and aligned with project goals.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions as the Scrum Master, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of priorities and commitments.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings to track progress, identify impediments, and foster collaboration and accountability among team members.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies, taking proactive measures to address them and keep projects on track.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting agile best practices and facilitating retrospective meetings to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements through effective testing and validation activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the development & testing team, coaching them on agile principles and practices to drive high-performance outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics  or related field with overall experience of 5+ years.
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as a  Scrum Master in the embedded technology domain.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM) and Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in agile methodologies, with experience in leading scrum teams and facilitating agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks and user stories.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a drive to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in embedded world.
