Your role:
Develop profitable business of Vacuum products for diversified market segment.
- To take primary responsibility for sales of dry vacuum pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps, ejectors & de-aerators to chemical, power & process customers in assigned territories of Southeast Asia.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability.
- Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Attend technical clarification meetings with customers
- Prioritise customers/sectors for sales focus as agreed with the management team
- Preparation and achievement of budgets
- Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
- To carry out internal co-ordination & follow up of all active projects with the Edwards projects & production teams.
Requirememt:
1) Education Level:
• Degree or diploma in an engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent working experience
2) Relevant Previous Experience: • Background in the industry equipment sales preferred.
• Sound commercial awareness
• Possession of business acumen, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
• High commercial and technical to command respect with external and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic and conceptual capability to develop a regional business
• Very strong customer orientated attitude
3) Language Skills:
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Proficeincy in a second language is preferred, both oral and written
