Atlas Copco Italia is looking for a Sales Manager Acquisitions within the business area Compressor Technique Service.
The ideal candidate is very flexible, independent and willing to travel; an open-minded person with strong communication skills; happy to train, coach and motivate people.
Reporting directly to the Business Line Manager, the Sales Manager Acquisitions will lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve results through sales channels for the area of focus. He/she will be able to develop strong support for "People Care," i.e., skills training of direct reports, and uphold a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all operational areas.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Interact with key members of other divisions in the territory and with direct reports in a constructive, productive and selfless manner that supports the development of synergies and the overall company bottom line
- Rely on C4C or other CRM in use as the primary tool to manage the sales team
- Promote and engage the C4C or other CRM in use culture within your area of responsibility
- Develop and sustain a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination and respect for people in all areas of operation
- Monitor KPIs to control and develop the business in all its aspects
- Train, educate and empower the Service Sales Representative in both technical and commercial aspects
- Ensure a good customer satisfaction
- Lead and instruct the sales team to approach new customers, listen and identify customer needs to provide the best solutions
- Set/ensure proactive collaboration with Integration manager in order to implement as fast as is possible Divisional Strategy
- Increase Customer penetration and help colleagues to increase market share
- In collaboration with Prime Equipment Business Lines promote Atlas Copco brand Unit Sales
- Support the responsible of the business line to maintain a strong team structure. Promote the spirit of high performance, maintain seniority and gender diversity, launch skill development plans for the team
- Maintain a close and proactive relationship to ensure long-term customer relationships
- Responsibility on collection and payments of customer receivables
- Support the Marketing communication process.
- Manage Sales Activities for Distributors in a specific geographical area
Your profile:
- Several years of experience in Sales, in the After Market will be consider a plus
- Strong leadership experience and competency, particularly in an international context
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are advantageous
- MS Suite knowledge (Excell, Power Point, Power Bi, Outlook)
