Position: Sales Representative – Compressed Air Equipment
Location: Role can be based in Bucharest,Craiova and Pitesti
Your Mission:
As a Sales Representative, your role will be to grow and expand our presence in the Bucharest-Craiova region by promoting our premium Compressed Air equipment. You'll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Sales & Market Share: Achieve annual sales, turnover, profitability, and market share targets by promoting our core compressed air equipment.
- Analyze Market Trends: Stay ahead of competitor activities and market shifts by gathering, evaluating, and analyzing data to identify potential growth areas.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, and track progress with monthly reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer care through regular visits, calls, and communication.
- Tailored Proposals: Prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers that align with each client’s specific needs.
- Accurate Reporting: Maintain detailed and timely sales data, including visit reports and performance analysis against budget targets.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years in B2B sales, ideally in a sales or marketing role. Experience in industrial sales is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in the local language and English, along with strong computer skills.
- Driving License: A valid, clean driving license is required.
- Education: A degree or diploma in Engineering, or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
