Your Role:
- Povide application support to the sales team and distribution in SEA.
- Responsible for sales growth of the distribution channels.
- Plan and achieve monthly sales targets and overall sales objectives of the distribution channels. (Focus in countries of Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines)
- Expand customer base by identifying and acquiring new clients in addition to managing existing distribution accounts.
- Present and promote products with comprehensive product knowledge to partners and end-users (preference in healium leak detection and turbopumps)
- Engage with clients through meetings to drive sales and provide technical support when needed, includinig retrofitting of obsolence models with new
- Collaborate with management to analyze business performance, identify growth areas, and execute action plan
To Success, you will need:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in vacuum industries (preference for high vacuum experience and PLC interface).
- Willingness to travel within the Asean region at least once every month.
- Confident in conducting technical training sessions and presentations for partners and customers.
- Solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective time management abilities
- Strong sales attitude with a willingness to support the sales team
