Your Role
- Providing day-to-day technical support to the sales team and customers
- Coordination, preparation and presentation of product training courses and seminars to the sales team and customers
- Market product analysis: including competition, market potential, pricing, etc.
- Prepare sales support material and presentations both in English and Bahasa
- Extensive Interaction with Product Company in Sweden, getting updated information/training regarding: new products, products upgrade and new applications
- Intensify information exchange with other customer centers about technical solutions developed with Atlas Copco global customers
- Launch of new products and training
- Management of demonstration stock and marketing materials
- Update Internet web pages and catalogues
- Report timely and accurately
- Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behaviour
- Cooperate with service and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
- A fair amount of traveling within the region will be necessary
