Your Role
You will be part of Project Management team of ITBA business team and responsible for customer connect and Project execution activities including responsibility of project planning & developing new business requirements for ITBA customers globally for all available and new competences.
Responsibilities: -
- You are the point of contact for customer centers / Product Companies and application center customers for new enquiries / new project requests.
- Be able to evaluate customer/end user requirements and specifications independently and translate the customer needs to our competence portfolio.
- You estimate together with the competence team the feasibility of a project in all its facets and internally agree whether a project should be handled within which required competence.
- To provide planning and & commercially valid proposal by utilizing the company processes.
- Understand Industrial tool product application and be able to provide right solutions in coordination with competence teams.
- To work along with competence teams for all prototype projects of ITBA.
- To be part of business marketing team for marketing of competences required for ITBA divisions. And time to time present to important stake holders of ITBA divisions.
- As part of business team, you will also be responsible for customer feedback analysis and preparation of action plan together with competence team.
- Lead, organize and coordinate the assigned work during prototype project phases.
- Maintain customer relationship and strive for new leads from customers for potential competence integrations.
Project Management: -
- To act as main coordination link between Customer and competence team within GECIA for the multi competence project.
- He/she shall be single point responsible person to drive the project smoothly and ensure deliverables are provided on time and lead to successful completion of project.
- To manage leads, achieving customer satisfaction in terms of delivery and scope of work given for prototype projects requirements.
- To monitor the overall progress of projects against schedule and milestones reporting to management, as well as providing early warning of potential slippage, in case of the latter.
- To keep all stake holders well informed on the high-level aspects of project execution.
- Maintain detailed project files and applicable records.
- Follow-up with supplier for manufacturing status. Provide the monthly progress status in the customer and internal stake holders.
- Travel to customer premises or sub-vendor locations as required to ensure smooth execution of project.
- Participate in quality inspection and review process in case of prototype projects. Aid compliance to make smooth dispatch of the prototype material.
To succeed, you will need
BE / B Tech in Mechanical / Instrumentation engineering with 3 - 8 years of experience in Project Based engineering organization. Experience in business marketing will be advantage.
Software skill requirement:
Must be proficient in MS office tools like MS excel, PowerPoint etc..
Power bi knowledge will be added advantage.
