Mission
• The CVC Hub Project Engineer effectively manages and leads a working group of engineers and technicians in implementing mechanical/electrical engineering changes and regional customer-specific test and verification procedures related to dry pump quality, performance, configuration settings, and more.
• The mission of the Project Engineer is to create and execute plans in a timely manner, ensuring that all changes comply with targeted customer standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Project Engineer should lead a team in conducting thorough customer-specific testing and verification of products to guarantee they meet quality benchmarks.
• Ultimately, the goal is to create differentiated value in customer response, product performance, and quality by conducting customer-specific changes and extended quality verification tests, which are limited within the Product Company.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed CVC Hub project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies focusing on customer-specific changes and verification
- Validate if the customer-specific requirements and specifications are deliverable and technically reasonable in collaboration with the CVC Hub team, relevant technical departments, and decision-makers.
- Implement and complete projects related to post-PC modifications, verification tests, and configuration setup in a timely manner, ensuring all engineering activities comply with customer standards (e.g., common specifications), codes, protocols, and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from conception to completion, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within the given constraints.
- Lead collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Service, RTS, TSG, NPI, STC, Product Management, Applications, QC, Procurement) to ensure efficient project execution. - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. - Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep the project on track by addressing and resolving relevant issues and technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle, while also providing technical guidance and support to the CVC Hub team and other departments.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality or safety. - Implement quality control processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies across CVC Hub activities by analyzing performance data and conducting regular inspections and assessments.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on status, milestones, and deviations.

B.S./M.S. in Engineering, (Mechanical, Electrical, industrial, or related field)
Relevant work experience in manufacturing or engineering project management for mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment (e.g., dry pumps, automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, engine etc.).
3+ years of experience in performance of functions as - Lead engineer/Project Engineer for mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment

7+ years of experience in performance of functions as
- Technical Engineer for mechanical machinery and semiconductor equipment
