Your Role
Job description
- Spare parts pricing & alignment with Division’s pricing strategy, to localize ARP pricing model, make local pricing reasonable and can support Local market.
- To prepare products and segments materials such as sales brochures, leaflets, presentations etc.
- Support on training of improving product knowledge, application knowledge, sales -arguments and competitor information.
- Marketing analysis & intelligence
- To provide regular updates on competitive parts pricing, strategy and adjust AC parts pricing accordingly
- Support to segment customer & plot products
- To Promote key focused parts products, old but high valued parts remarketing, high potential products developed to cover more Install base.
- Take responsibility of spare parts annual performance, follow up spare parts strategy implementation in sales team, design sales campaign plan and other marketing actions accordingly.
- Support sales manager to define the regional strategy
- Support sales manager on market analysis
- Support sales engineer in whole sales process of target product
- To performs other duties and responsibilities necessary for the achievement of the sales and market share objectives.
To succeed, you will need
Experience requirements
Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales/marketing background & experience combined with knowledge of air compressor industry.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience
Other Requirements
Willing to travel
Knowledge
- Good both in written and oral English & Chinese.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Technical experience is required.
