Optimization Sales Engineer

We’re looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy Optimization Sales Engineer to support our customers across Ireland. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, from air quality testing and energy recovery to smart piping and control systems, delivering real results that matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver energy audits (AIRScan), leak detection, and air quality testing
- Promote and sell sustainable solutions like energy recovery units and AIRnet systems
- Manage contractor installations and onsite measurements
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored, data-driven proposals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging tech
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience, ideally in industrial or sustainability-focused sectors
- A strong technical mindset and a passion for efficiency
- Great communicator who enjoys working independently and with others
- Eager to learn, grow, and drive environmental impact
