We are hiring a Optimization Project Support Engineer to join our CTS Sales Team.
Missions:
• To generate profitable growth of the CTS business through the provision of Technical and Sales support for internal and external customers requiring focusing on Optimization product Sales and Installation support.
• This is a proactive role encompassing the conception and implementation of new marketing strategies to support generation new business & also supporting the existing sales channels.
• The role concentrates on CTS Optimization solutions mainly Airnet, Energy Recovery and similar solutions that require support pre order and during the sales process
• This role also requires backend project management of Optimization products which includes Airnet, Energy Recovery & Central Controllers etc.
About the role:
• Audit compressed air systems and present results. Create lead based on potential findings.
• Support in preparing proposal mainly on the technical scope either locally or through the backend organization (GECIA).
• Coordinate with GECIA in obtaining Airnet drawings/BOQ/Airscan reports.
• Sizing calculations for compressed air and vacuum project piping.
• Create bill of material.
• Prepare schematic drawings with complete information.
• Equipment layout and interconnecting piping.
• Prepare 3D drawings using AIRnet planner.
• Prepare 2D & 3D Layout in Auto CAD software or Plant 3D software.
• Provide the output in a standard template.
• Prepare isometric drawing.
• Prepare co-ordination & as built drawing.
• Able to read & understand P&ID
• Work closely with the Optimization Sales Team, Distributor and CTS Sales & Operations.
• Develop and implement CTS fulfilment strategies to enhance the support of Atlas Copco Advanced Services to the CTS division.
• Building of relationships between suppliers/installers and Atlas Copco, maximizing the usage of in-house resources where possible.
• Training and certifying local installers / dealers ensuring safety remains our priority
• Plan the delivery and implementation to meet up with service expectations and communicate with the relevant people in CT.
• Develop and maintain good internal and external customer relationships at all levels.
• Develop and deliver presentations to enhance the company image, product knowledge and support in increasing sales.
• Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems, and update relevant information in C4C as and when required.
• Analyse and report on product performance on a regular basis, keep abreast of competition activity/development.
• Attend trainings as and when required to develop relevant knowledge and skills but also focus on self-learning.
• Provide product training to the sales team and distributor network, as maybe required.
• Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.
• Supervise Airnet projects and update all stake holders on progress of projects.
• He/she shall be single point responsible person to drive the project smoothly and ensure deliverables are provided on time and correct.
Experience Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in project management is mandatory.
• Experience in CAD Drawing and project execution
Knowledge:
• Computer literate, AutoCAD , Solidworks
Educational Requirements:
• Certificate / Degree in Marketing or Engineering / Business Administration discipline
