2. Standards, new product development procedures and project schedule
- Paint dot & Thermal map pump is produced to confirm and the clearance.
- Assist the technical engineers in constructing test equipment, setting up and running tests including clear precise recording of all data and test variables.
- Development pump Validation test & Verification test and Reliability test Monitoring
- Maintain to a high standard on or more of the development laboratories ensuring that a 6S approach is adopted by everyone who has access to the laboratory.
- Production Observation Operator Training & SOP, TDS verification
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with manufacturers specifications.
- Ensure that the laboratory is fully equipped with everything that is required, raising purchases orders where necessary to replenish consumables.
- Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the laboratory, that risk assessments are carried out to schedule and that all tests are planned, reviewed, and signed off before they are started.

Education level
- Have a college degree or higher in mechanical or mechatronics
Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
- Worked in a new product development/ assembly environment with at least 5 years.
- Understand full project phases through purchasing, design, executing and close out.
- Understand time, cost & quality constrains.
- Be able to deal with internal and external suppliers.
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
- Use of appropriate tools from Edward products.
- Experience on product development process.
- Experience of reviewing product development.
- Understand project plan on timescales and budget.
- Understanding the features and usage of the equipment.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly, Word, Access, Excel and Outlook.
